How to add friends on WhatsApp?
To add a contact:
- Open WhatsApp and go to the Chats screen.
- Tap the New Chat > New Contact.
- Enter the phone number of your friend.
- If you have multiple friends with the same name, choose the correct one from the list. Tap Done.

- Download the “Whatsapp.ipa” file to your computer.
- Open iTunes and click on File > Add to Library.
- Navigate to the location of the “Whatsapp.ipa” file and select it.
- Click on the “Add” button and wait for iTunes to finish adding the file.
- Sync your iPhone with iTunes and the “Whatsapp.ipa” file will be copied to your iPhone.
- Tap on the “Whatsapp.ipa” icon on your iPhone to launch the app.
- Enter your country code and phone number and tap on the “Verify” button.
How to use group chats on WhatsApp?
With WhatsApp, you can create groups with up to 256 people. To create a group:
- Open WhatsApp and go to the Chats screen.
- Tap the New Chat > New Group.
- Enter the group subject. This will be the name of your group that all participants will see.
- Tap the “Create” button.
- Add participants to the group by tapping on the “Add Participant” button and selecting contacts from your address book.
- Tap the “Done” button when you’re finished adding participants.
How to send media files on WhatsApp?
To send an image or video, open a chat. Tap the “Attach” button. Tap the “Camera” button to take a photo or video or tap on the “Gallery” button to select an existing image or video from your phone’s memory. Once you’ve selected or taken a photo or video, you can add a caption before sending it. Tap the “Send” button to send your media file. You can also send audio files on WhatsApp. To do this, just tap on the “Record Voice” button and record your message. Tap the “Send” button when you’re done.
