It’s not hard to see why Nintendo is the most popular video game company in the world. With iconic games, characters, and worlds throughout their history, fans of all ages can find something to love about Nintendo!
One of the most unique aspects that make Nintendo so special are their cross over titles. Fans have loved seeing everyone’s favorite characters interact with each other.
Introduce your favorite Nintendo characters and why you love them
To start with Super Smash Bros., it combines Nintendo’s most popular characters into one game!
Players can use their favorite character to battle against other players or fight another player using that character.
The first four games in the series included:
- Mario
- Pikachu
- Donkey Kong
- Bowser
- Link (from Legend of Zelda)
- Samus Aran (from Metroid)
- Fox (from Star Fox)
- Kirby
- Yoshi

More recently, Super Smash Bros. released on the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS including even more characters from recent titles! Players can play as:
- Palutena (from Kid Icarus: Uprising)

- Sonic (from various Sonic titles)
