1. Unpack the Peleton Tread from the box.
2.Using the included hex tool, remove the four screws securing the LCD screen to the front of the machine. Gently pull the screen away from the machine, being careful not to damage the cords connecting it to the main board.
3.Remove the two screws securing the main board cover to the machine, then lift the cover away.
4.Remove the shipping bolts from the motor by turning them counterclockwise with a hex tool.
5.Slide the motor into position on the front of the machine, then secure it in place with the two included mounting bolts.
How to turn on peloton treadmill
To turn on your Peloton Tread, press the power button on the console. The machine will go through a brief startup sequence before the main menu appears on the screen. To begin using the treadmill, simply select your desired workout program and follow the prompts.

How to remove the old belt
1. Unscrew the rear roller bolts (2x M6)
2. Carefully pull the old belt off the front and rear rollers.
3. Clean any debris or grit from the rollers and inside of the machine.
4. Inspect the rollers for wear, replace if necessary.
5. Inspect the belt for wear, replace if necessary.
How to install the new belt
1. Place the new belt around the front roller.
2. Thread the belt through the rear roller and around to the front again.
3. Pull the belt tight and screw in the rear roller bolts (2x M6).
4. Your Peloton Tread is now ready for use. Simply press the power button on the console to begin your workout.
Tips and tricks for assembly
-Be sure to read all the instructions before beginning assembly.
-It is helpful to have two people available for some of the steps, especially when attaching the motor and moving the treadmill.
-Make sure all bolts are tight before using the machine. Loose bolts can cause damage to the treadmill or create a safety hazard.
-If you are having trouble removing a shipping bolt, try using a power drill with the hex tool attachment.
-If you are replacing an old belt, be sure to clean the rollers and inside of the machine before installing the new one.
